Fitness Event: 

Stronger with Osteoporosis

Join us for a guided fitness session focused on safe, bone-building exercises to improve strength, posture, balance, and overall movement.

Steve Rapposelli, Physical Therapist and CEO from Performance Physical Therapy will lead participants through evidence-based exercises designed to support bone health, build muscle strength, and improve stability all while minimizing fracture risk. You’ll learn proper body mechanics, safe resistance training techniques, and practical strategies you can continue at home.

While the session highlights strategies especially helpful for those with osteoporosis or osteopenia, it is not exclusively for people with low bone density anyone interested in building strength and learning safer movement techniques is welcome.

This session is perfect for anyone who has been told to “be careful” but hasn’t been shown how to move safely. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to stay active, protect your bones, and reduce your risk of falls.
